Notes from the Section Secretary

Sad to say, we have had an injury prone few months. Best wishes to Jon for a speedy recovery from injuries sustained when he was knocked off his bike on a 40 Plus ride. And to Judy as well for her recently broken foot. Steve was also recently knocked off his bike on his way to work by a 4x4 which turned right across him. It sounds as though he was extremely lucky to escape with comparatively minor injuries and a written off bike.

On a lighter note, this year is the 80th anniversary of the CTC in Hertfordshire. To mark this there will be a 3 course lunch at the Bell, Codicote. If you would like to attend this please book in advance (details are on the runs list).
