Notes from the Section Secretary
Winter is upon us and we all need to ensure that we have appropriate equipment, sturdy tyres and good lights included so please all be prepared. Thanks to all volunteer leaders and to Carol & Judy for their help in preparing this program. Please note that Steve is leading a New Years Day ride, that is on a Saturday this year and that consequently there is not a ride planned for Sunday 2nd January.
As I write this Albert & Anne are on their way to Newcastle for the next stage in Alberts treatment; I am sure that you will all join me in wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
Finally Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2005 to you all.

Evening cycle rides all start at 7.30pm from The War Memorial in St Peter's Street, St Albans - near The Blacksmiths Arms. If you can't make the start you can always join us in the pub at around 8.30-9.00pm.
